It’s winter! It’s suppose to snow.
My neighbors back yard. The snow is blowing, Snickers is sleeping and I’m painting. Enjoy the beauty.
My David (Cassidy) died
I haven’t lived in a world without David Cassidy the 1970s major pop star, since I found out who he was. It was the first day since Sept of 1970 when I saw The Partridge Family on TV. According to my dairy from 1971-it was on January 9, when I “woke up in love” with him.
Loving David made my parents a little nuts. My mom (who died a few months before David's mom passed) had to explain to a 12 year old about Rolling Stone and DC posing nude. My father nearly ran off the road when I told both of them, “ I have the paper.”
In May 1976, my dad died leaving a heartbroken 16 year old. In Dec of the same year -David’s dad Jack Cassidy died. As I burst into tears-my mom admonished me. Why are you crying for his father-he never cried for yours.
Ah, parents they just don’t understand.
He taught me about fashion from the way he dressed and I would spend hours in my bedroom reading about him and then writing about him.
In Vegas I was on the list to interview him-but he was too tired- his assistant said. But I shook his hand upon his curtain call and said “You’re Fabulous “
"Thank you" David said to me.
I floated out of the theater that night, won $150.00 dollars and went back the next night.
My mother insisted I called my Uncle who we were meeting for dinner to explain why I would NOT be spending the evening with the family. My uncle Marty understood.
My uncle died this past summer and with David in heaven too —I better make sure I do my best to get there. It’s the only way now I’m going to meet him.
My sincere condolences to the whole Cassidy family. Whenever (at Concerts , in interviews) he was filled with Love when he spoke about you.
Ruby and the Rockets was a terrific show-I wish it wasn’t cancelled.
Rest well David. You gave the world happiness and love. You will be remembered!

Snickers
This is the face that stares at me while I eat. No, Off I say and he gets down. Then he jumps back up and lays in his corner of the chair to wait.

Meet Snickers
A month ago a Dorkkie came into my life. My friend Sharon asked me to babysit her dog while the family went on vacation. Snickers walked in. He used pee pads but also liked to walk outside. Every time he barked I got up from my seat. I would grab his leash. Did I tell you I've only dog sat for a combined 15 days, plus this year w/OTTO.
Im a novice with dogs.
Sharon came home from vacation and her other dog got kennel cough. So Snickers stayed two more weeks.
Then she texted one night-want to keep him?
Meet Snickers Cassidy Jacobs
He cries when I leave and bordering on hysterical joy when I come through the door. I've never owned an animal before. it's all new and confusing. Why are you barking? Food? Water? Bathroom? That's all I know-what else could it be?
He comes into every room and stands outside the bathtub as I shower. Snick is waiting to lick me. But using moisturizer is not healthy for the dog to lick--so everyday I tell him no lick Snick .
Don't Buy Bic Shavers, buy their Pens
while shaving in the shower my BIC shaver took off a slice of my skin. I blame the razor. This has never happened to me and now I know why.. I use Venus razors and only bought the Bic ones because I was at BJs and it was a great price. I will be returning them to BJs and am sending this post to Bic.

I'm creative I've been told. I also love to be organized and help others get organized too. I've. Even going to Tag Sales, Savers, for items I can make into lovely storage items. Color is important to your mood and since I suffer from depression -17 years now.-you have to make yourself happy. Painting storage items and selling them makes me happy too. Yes. It's Sold!
