I’m here to tell you being grateful makes your life easier and lots of fun. 2019 is the year my meds finally worked since 2014 when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.
Its such a wonderful feeling to know you are truly getting better and nicer. I can be nasty and angry. I can cut some down with a look or a comment. But now, and only because of wonderful doctors. I’m living well through Prozac and being Grateful.
When I first started crying I had just turned 40. Prozac was my salvation. After all the other pills I took we finally came back to Prozac.
I love my life. I’m healthy and getting happier by the day. Every day I write down 10 reasons why I’m grateful and at night it’s mediation!
Being Grateful
Today, I’m grateful for Snickers and my friends and my family.
I’m grateful that I live in my home with Snickers and my taxes are almost paid. I’m also grateful Jim called. He has been my friend since I was in high school and knows me and loves me, as I him.

Food, GLORIOUS Food
I love food. When I was a child I’d ask for two pieces of candy, one for each hand. Now, I am so grateful and appreciated the food I received for my birthday party. It was from Angelos in New Britain, CT. Ribs, and chickpea salad with sausage and peppers and marinated mushrooms to round out the lunch. Chocolate cupcakes from Goodman’s. A tremendous day filled with friends and laughs. But today a friend dropped by with groceries. So thoughtful and delightful my life is. I’m so blessed to have the friends I have.
Still GRATEFUL
I’m grateful that my car drives to my dr appointments and other places I go.
I’m grateful for Foodshare as they give out healthy food.
I’m grateful for everything I own & will sell to make money at my tag sale next Saturday.
Im grateful for my health & my friends and family who love me.
