Intermittent Fasting works

I’m the one on the right. I must have been 270 or more at this point. I may have been smiling, but truly I wasn’t happy.

I’m much happier now, having lost over 75 pounds. But being Grateful changed me. Just being grateful for what I had, had been given and what I know is coming.
The picture below is of my waist. I’m in a size 16. I’m also gluten free and dairy free -not by choice. If it wasn’t for Intermittent Fasting I would be over 300 pounds. It allowed me to eat what and how much I wanted and not gain weight. For 8 hours a day it forced me to eat healthier as my body decided it didn’t want dairy or gluten. My sugar is 66. I’m not pre diabetic 109.
Since the accident in 2017, it feels like every time I try to move furniture (with help, without help) and something goes out-my back, my neck, my shoulders and now my groin muscle.

But look at my waist! Wow!

A naked woman walks into the bathroom and the levlor blinds on the window goes spinning up ? She screams and hits the ground so no one sees in her birthday suit.

I wore a Dress last Night

For the last 20 years I’ve been obese -and even after losing 73 pounds-I’m still obese according to the charts. But, yesterday I wore a size large dress. My thighs don’t touch anymore and I need more dresses. It’s all because of intermittent fasting. I didn’t change a thing in my diet except the hours.

Im so grateful

A Hug List

I’m starting a list of people I must hug once we are all vaccinated.Besides my friends and family and every one else I know-who is helping you in daily life? Those people deserve a hug. Such as woman who let me cut in front of her at the grocery store. I live in a small city I’m sure I’ll see her again. But, for now I give virtual hugs. Just air passing between us. To keep us safe.
