Being Grateful
I’m grateful that I can say my truth on Facebook and here and in person. Freedom of speech has gotten me in trouble and has been a live saver for me.
I’m so grateful to live in the US-( and I hope I’m still grateful in November).
I’ve thought of selling everything I own and moving to England-I speak the language—lol if the “orange turd” wins.
But, today I believe in America and Americans to do the right thing and elect Biden to save the world.

I asked for a shopping spree and on Thursday a man tattooed and pierced got out of his car at the same time I did. He was holding a boxer puppy and as we both walked in the Goodwill. He told me the price and I said I’m on food stamps.
He then asked if he could buy me anything I wanted. So I went shopping for some summer clothes-and new moisturizer socks! I spent $41.00 dollars and the 10 minutes was a lot of fun. He told me this happens on YouTube a lot but didn’t have his camera. I gave him a hug and asked if he was voting for Biden -Joshu (Shu) is his name and said I knew you were going to ask me that
I gave him a hug and went on my way -I texted him later -Thank you.
What a great soul. His energy was infectious. Yes, he is voting for Biden.

Hey Michaels here is what I did
This is my attempt to take a spice rack and turn it into my message center. Make sure the one you have is sturdy and in good condition. I took mine from my mom’s house after she died. Used blue chalk paint and clear wax. Both items bought at Michael’s in Berlin, CT.
I finally received my Snap
It took another phone, more documents and then We were on our way-it came almost the end of March.
I have really learned to air fry now that eating out and frozen meals have become unaffordable.
I’m so glad my wonderful government can afford food. And maybe I can eat all the way to the 25 now.
Currently on Hold
Yes, as you read this know I am on hold waiting for SNAP to realize all documents are in. I’ve been without benefits since Feb 29,2024.
I called Rick Lopes office and they helped me know which document DSS wanted. That was one week ago. Still waiting—and now on hold for 47 minutes as we write.
I do need food to live-and I know I’m not a valuable resource anymore but I’d like to live to vote for Biden —and maybe 2028.
And Snickers will need food this week-
Btw, in the next ten years 1 out of 3 senior citizens will be on Food stamps-so please tax the rich.
Why can’t we have nice things like:
Universal Healthcare, and a social system that provides services from birth to death.
Finland, Norway and other countries have these benefit systems—-
The only thing that stands in our way are Republicans. Vote them all out this year!
