When you have a breakthrough in therapy-you celebrate and cry.

Seeing Richard Thomas reminded me of a situation with my mother that happened in 1975. I realized I didn’t have a chance in hell and why I was so angry with my mother. I was fighting for survival. When she died I felt So Free. Now, I understand why! She had Fear. I have fear. But I also still have dreams.

But, it’s now my time to forgive her-if I can-and just keep moving forward!
